Please note that there is a $1,000.00 scholarship available from the Connecticut State College University Foundation.  The scholarship was created in 2000 in memory of Ted.  It is available only to children of a Connecticut State Building Trades member.  It is only available for attendance at Eastern, Western, Southern, or Central State Universities.  The deadline for applications is May 3, 2019. The Golf Committee has decided to cancel the Annual Local 35 I.B.E.W. Andy Weigert-Ted Martocchio Memorial Golf Tournament this year.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they felt it was in the best interest of all those involved to follow the recommendations to maintain social distancing.  Hope to see everyone again in 2021.

Organized electricians join the working men and women across America in fighting this attempt to artificially lower our wages by placing tradesmen and women who have organized at a distinct disadvantage.

More than a quarter of all global gas power pipeline projects are now in the US, with over a third of newly proposed capacity explicitly linked to data center projects.
