Bruce Paul Dube was born on November 6, 1971 and passed away surrounded by his family on September 13, 2023. Bruce was predeceased by his parents Jean Paul and Kathleen (Chasse) Dube and a brother Gregory Dube. Bruce grew up in East Hartford and attended Howell Cheney Technical High School where he went on to become an electrician. He worked for Custom Electric for many years and was a member of the IBEW Association. He resided in Windsor for 22 years where he raised his family. He enjoyed golfing, camping, and fishing. Bruce is survived by his wife Dawn Plefka Dube, his children Jacob and Rachel Dube, grandmother Corrine Chasse, brother James Dube and wife Sandy, brother in-law John Plefka and wife Susan. He also has many aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family would like to express their appreciation to Hartford Hospital and Hartford Healthcare for the care they have given to Bruce over the past 2 years.

Services will be held at Newkirk and Whitney Funeral Home 318 Burnside Ave East Hartford, Ct 06108

September 22, 2023 10:00 am-12:30.pm A prayer service will be held at the Funeral Home at 12:30PM
